User Experience (UX)

User Experience (UX) encompasses a broad range of disciplines. It is a design approach that asks a seemingly simple question: how do we want users to think, feel, and act when they interact with the product we designed?

To answer that seemingly simple question requires a detailed understanding of the two groups of stakeholders in the design of the product: the business that commissioned the product, and the customers or users of that product. Specifically, designing an effective UX demands knowledge of and insight into the crossroads between the needs of the business and the needs of its customers or users.
