Buying a ticket to the latest event was never easier. Exceptional usability, intuitive structure, simplistic ticketing and seat selection were the cornerstones of the dramatic reimaging of the Roy Thomson Hall website. Devlin, steeped in the history and importance of both Massey Hall and Roy Thomson Hall, designed a site to match them brick for brick for star quality and elegance. The site simply had to be a top notch comprehensive on-line experience to accommodate over 60,000 visits and more than half of all tickets sales being made on-line.
Devlin delivered and awards followed. The best award? A delighted audience of customers using the site to see upcoming events, buy tickets, select seats and then publish a review through the social media options at their finger tips. The arts world is ever evolving, Devlin too.
