We have an extremely busy in-house usability lab with full video/audio recording facilities. It is in the heart of the studio, appropriately so, as usability is at the heart of our work.  A connecting observation room enables a team to watch and record the testing process.  We are happy to make our usability lab available to any organization with an interest in testing their site. Our studio is accessible with an elevator entrance and wide spaces for ease of movement within the studio.
